Team Leadership, mostly in the scope of Tech Lead. Ability to work in the team of people from different companies.
Business requirements understanding in order to maintain the backlog and perform data modelling activities for the dev team.
Keeping the architecture of a solution clean and up to date (e.g. proper use of medallion architecture and utilization of already delivered unity catalog, correct access management to the data of our solution).
Designing and implementing data processing in Azure environment (e.g. the team is moving from ADF to Databricks Workflows).
Keeping standards and high code quality in the code repository (GitHub), including usage of GitHub Actions for CICD purposes.
